Toronto’s Harbourfront Centre is hosting their World Routes Summer Festivals, one of which is the Fortune Cooking Food Festival, focusing on cuisine from various Asian regions from August 20th to 22nd.

It’s a great opportunity to visit the Toronto Waterfront and not only discover new and interesting ingredients and dishes, but the Asian heritage of some of Toronto’s most talented chefs along with music and film, an international marketplace, a world cafe and street stage.
